Energy Performance Certificate £50 incl.

This includes - An energy survey conducted at your property, an Energy Performance Certificate generated from the data collected and registered on the national register. The EPC will be sent to you by email or post, usually the same day as the survey. We liaise with all local agents if required and can send them a copy of the epc, collect and return keys, issue confirmation of instructions at no extra charge.

There is a trend by some Energy Assessor Companies to generate income by taking commissions from other interested businesses. Please be assured that we do not share information with other businesses.

Home Condition Surveys.  From £295

We would need to quote for each property to make sure you receive the necessary level of service but prices start from £295 incl. and would cover conventional 2-3 bed properties less than 50 years old.

Inventories  From £75

Prices start at £75 incl. for an inventory (without check-in) on a one bedroomed unfurnished property. Please call or email for further prices.
